* Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and care plans
* Monitor residents' conditions, assess changes, and document vitals and observations
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks
* Maintain accurate nursing notes and charting; ensure compliance with policies
* Report changes in resident status to the supervising nurse or physician promptly
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care and safety Requirements

* Active LPN license in Alabama
* Graduate of an accredited LPN program
* Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule (19:00-07:30) and provide 36 hours weekly
* Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
