Responsabilità Identify issues, formulate hypotheses, and conduct analyses to produce actionable client recommendations
Collaborate with clients and colleagues across Europe to develop strategies that create competitive advantage




Contribute to the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and management approaches
Develop tailor-made solutions and ensure sustainable, positive impact
Engage in ongoing learning and apply new skills with mentorship from senior leaders
Requisiti fondamentali Master’s degree and outstanding academic record
Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate for European assignments during the work week
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
Effective communication in English and local office language
