About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive the delivery and coordination of engineering work across Central Services, DevOps, and Data. This role is ideal for someone with a software engineering background who has transitioned into technical program management and delivery. You will create structure around how technical work is requested, prioritized, tracked, and delivered, while working closely with engineering teams as a technical peer. The goal is to create better visibility across engineering and reduce manual coordination wherever possible. Responsibilities
• Own the intake and triage process for Central Services, DevOps, and Data, determining priorities, ownership, and timelines.
• Maintain a clear view of work in progress across multiple engineering teams and identify potential dependencies or conflicts.
• Track and communicate what has shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked, and why key decisions were made.
• Identify delivery blockers early and work with teams to keep initiatives moving.
• Automate operational and reporting workflows by working with APIs, scripts, and integrations.
• Build and improve dashboards that provide visibility into applications, infrastructure, data, releases, and overall engineering delivery.
• Bring together information from different systems to create a reliable view of technical programs and delivery status.
• Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, automation, reporting, and program management workflows.
• Lead core delivery activities, including planning, commitments, retrospectives, release coordination, and ownership tracking.
• Partner closely with engineering teams and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements
• Professional experience as a software engineer/developer, with a transition into Technical Program Management, Program Management, or technical delivery.
• Ability to read code, write scripts, and work with engineers as a technical peer.
• Hands-on experience automating workflows through APIs, scripts, integrations, or similar tools.
• Experience owning or coordinating software delivery, releases, or delivery reporting for teams that ship regularly.
• Strong program management and prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish urgent issues from lower-priority requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for technical documentation, status reporting, and decision-making.
• Experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work, with a practical understanding of where AI can add value.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, identify blockers, and create an environment where teams communicate issues early. Nice to Have
• Experience in live-service, real-money, fintech, payments, or regulated products.
• Experience managing mobile releases through Apple App Store or Google Play.
