Overview In this role you support daily general ledger activities and related processes to help clients understand and manage their accounts. You will perform balancing, reconciliation, and reporting duties while resolving discrepancies. The position requires ensuring accuracy in financial records, supporting period-end tasks, and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will work within a hospitality brand known for service excellence and global scale, contributing to reliable financial operations. This is a hands‐on role with a clear impact on reporting quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilità

Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects

Manages and follows up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the property

Ensures compliance with fraud and collection laws

Generates accurate, timely reports and presentations

Analyzes information to identify best solutions and problems

Compiles,

codes, categorizes, tabulates, audits, or verifies data

Balances credit card ledgers

Verifies contracts for groups and performs credit reference checks for direct billed groups if needed

Completes period-end functions and ensures timely reporting

Provides guidance on accounting and budgeting policies to other units

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Finance and Accounting (or related major) with no work experience or Associate degree in Finance and Accounting with 2 years of experience in finance and accounting strong communication integrity and honesty leadership and motivational skills ledger reconciliation financial reporting and analysis accounting procedures (write-off, consolidated deposit)
