Strategic Staffing Solutions International client – a leading global electronics manufacturer with nearly a century of innovation behind them – is looking for a Financial Accountant who will be responsible for managing core financial processes for Company's Italian entity, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, and Financial Reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal departments, the shared service center, and international entities to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.

Accounts Payable: Process and review supplier invoices (EU and Non-EU). Resolve invoice and tax code discrepancies. Coordinate weekly payments and Intrastat monthly filings. Manage the local AP email inbox and provide backup support for invoice booking.





Support intercompany accounts payable reconciliations and month-end close. Communicate with other Company's entities and the corporate treasury team. Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests.

Work closely with the shared service center, banks, employees, and management to resolve issues and maintain accurate records. Degree in a financial field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar). ~1+ years of experience in accounts payable, intercompany processes, and general ledger. ~ Experience in manufacturing environments and reporting. ~ Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Italian (written and spoken). ~
