Medical Staff Talent
We are introducing a UK & European-trained Private Nurse to a family in Doha. This is one-to-one nursing in the residence: medication management, care planning and coordination of follow-up, delivered calmly and independently. Winters are spent at home in Doha and the summer is split between Geneva and the Swiss lakes, where you continue the same daily care plan. You will liaise with the family's specialists and keep thorough records. Requirements You are a registered nurse who trained and practised in the UK or Europe. Your record shows 5+ years of registered nursing, ideally including community or long-term condition care. Experience with chronic conditions, medication oversight and mobility support is important. You communicate in excellent English and respect total confidentiality. Previous private-duty or community nursing references will be verified with your past employers. Benefits Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Furnished accommodation within the residence and annual flights are provided by the family. Leave follows a predictable rota agreed with the household. You contract directly with the family, which remains the employer throughout. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
