A private family in Riyadh wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained concierge physician, to anchor the live-in medical continuity appointment. In Riyadh, London or Switzerland, the same clinician stays alongside them, with particular attention to keeping health records and plans continuous across borders. The family, not an intermediary, employs you and signs your contract; Medical Staff Talent simply introduces and verifies. Requirements You must hold full UK or European registration and practise as a family medicine physician (GP), ready to lead on preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions. Expect to evidence 5+ years of clinical work after qualification, with proven reliability in roles that ran for years. Training and registration in the UK or Europe underpin every shortlist for Riyadh, and it applies equally to every candidate we meet. You must communicate fluently in English, in person and in writing, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement before starting. Verification comes first: we confirm each credential before the family hears of you, and we report anything unclear to you first. Benefits
Salary:
£218,000 a year gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Free accommodation provided by the family. Medical insurance covered. Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover. Annual leave is paid and written into your contract with the family. Your agreement is a direct one with the family, exactly as the family intends. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
