A vacancy for a UK & European-trained private nurse has opened with a private family in Riyadh, to fill the confidential nursing placement role. The right person is attentive, discreet and entirely dependable, in everything from day-to-day nursing care for the family to the smallest daily detail. Summers on the Côte d'Azur or at sea form part of the year, with day-to-day nursing care for the family remaining your responsibility throughout. You contract with the family, with no third-party employer, while Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies each clinician. Requirements Current, unrestricted UK or European registration as a private nurse is required, with a clean professional record and day-to-day nursing care for the family. The minimum is 2+ years of post-registration practice, partly spent caring for a single client or family. This family considers only clinicians qualified at a UK or European institution. Fluency in English is expected without exception, plus a signed non-disclosure agreement before deployment. We review your degree, registration and references before introducing you, and we tell you plainly what we find. Benefits Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice.



The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family supplies suitable lodging within its residence in Riyadh. The family sets aside proper paid holiday for you, plus flights home each year. What is offered here is confirmed in writing by the family, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
