Your Mission
As part of the development of our activities in Italy, we are looking for an M&A; Manager for our Milan office.
Reporting to the Country Manager – Italy, you will be responsible for the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial data and information related to M&A; transactions, both greenfield and brownfield.
With a comprehensive understanding of the business development of the unit, you will support the definition of strategic and economic recommendations to evaluate acquisition and partnership opportunities.
A few examples of your responsibilities:
Lead M&A; transactions end to end: preliminary studies, market analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling of project cash flows.
Manage M&A; projects in coordination with the various units in Italy and across Europe.
Prepare materials for investment committees on M&A; activities.
Participate in the selection of advisors and partners involved in M&A; transactions.
Support market analysis on specific areas of the energy business, in a broad and comprehensive manner.
Liaise with the European M&A; and finance teams to ensure consistency of practices across Green Yellow's operations.
What we look for
Higher education in Economics or Finance (Business School or University degree).
At least 5 years of successful experience in Transaction Services, M&A;, within a Private Equity fund, or in the finance/M&A; department of a large international Energy Utilities group.
Solid financial modeling capabilities and excellent command of Excel and Power Point.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
Strong negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and assertiveness.
Ability to work independently, with flexibility and initiative.
Reasoning ability.

What we offer
Permanent full-time position.
Milan based, with 2 days/week of lavoro da remoto.
Gross annual salary from €65,000, plus bonus.
