With your professionalism, flair, and passion for creating memorable moments, you help turn every meal at AMA Stay into something truly special. /ph3Tasks /h3ulliWelcome guests, accompany them to their tables, and provide knowledgeable information about dishes and beverages /liliTake accurate food and beverage orders using the Orderman and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar /liliWork closely with the Commis de Rang, coordinating tasks through clear communication and supporting a smooth service /liliLead by example and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere /liliSupport the training and development of team members by sharing knowledge and experience /liliOrganise the daily mise en place together with the Commis de Rang /liliMaintain a welcoming and well-organised dining environment throughout the service /liliHandle guest and service-related issues calmly and in a solution-oriented way /liliComplete the cash register closing and ensure accurate payment handling at the end of the evening /liliContribute ideas to continuously improve our service and guest experience /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSeveral years of experience in fine dining restaurant service or a similar hospitality role /liliFluent in Italian and English; German is an advantage /liliOpen-minded, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional development /liliStrong problem-solving mindset and a solution-oriented approach /liliExcellent guest orientation and strong communication skills /li /ulpbr/Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and support a young, dynamic teambr/Great food without great service should never leave the kitchen.
