Overview
In this role you drive profitable growth in Italy by winning new business and expanding our presence in luxury and food packaging. You will build strategic relationships with converters and brand owners, lead high-value negotiations, and manage key accounts with cross-functional teams. You’ll identify white-space opportunities and translate market insights into winning value propositions. This position offers an international, dynamic environment with opportunities to shape commercial strategy and contribute to sustainable growth.

Responsabilità
- Prospect and win new customers and projects across Italy to deliver growth
- Penetrate targeted market segments and convert prospects into long-term partnerships
- Lead high-value negotiations and develop compelling value propositions for complex deals
- Grow and defend strategic accounts through structured business plans and executive engagement
- Deliver sales, profitability, volume,
and market share targets in line with business objectives
- Monitor market needs, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with technical, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver differentiated solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and business development experience in packaging, printing, inks, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries
- Proven track record in international matrix organizations and winning new business with strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of luxury packaging, food packaging and converter markets
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence senior decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication in Italian and English, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills
