GEA Group in Italy is seeking a Technical Service Support 2nd Level to provide robust technical assistance across the local R&C; Service network. You will use CRM (C4C) to trigger corrective actions and coordinate with 3rd level in-house support, while handling claims and commissions for installed machines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a service mechanic, reads mechanical drawings, and communicates in English and Spanish.
