We are committed to advancing innovation and leveraging our deep expertise to provide better health and a better quality of life for patients and consumers worldwide and expand our reach across diverse markets. /p h3Scope of The Role /h3 pThis pivotal global role within the Global Value Market Access team leads the development and delivery of clinical and health economic payer evidence and oversees the delivery of systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, health economic models, budget impact analyses, and the input on integrated payer evidence generation plans. Working in close partnership with the cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures that robust comparative clinical and economic evidence supports asset strategy, HTA submissions, pricing, reimbursement, and lifecycle planning from early development through launch and beyond. /p h3bYour Role /b /h3 pb1. Drive Payer Evidence Generation and Value Demonstration /b /p ul liLead the design, execution, quality assurance, and timely delivery of systematic literature reviews and targeted literature reviews across clinical efficacy, safety, epidemiology, burden of illness, health-related quality of life, resource use, costs, and treatment patterns. /li liPartner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs,
Regulatory Affairs, and RD to ensure evidence strategies support pricing, reimbursement, and access objectives. /li liLead initiatives to generate robust clinical, economic, patient-reported, and real-world evidence supporting payer value demonstration. /li liEnsure asset evidence packages address payer, healthcare system, patient, societal, and policy stakeholder needs. /li liProvide strategic input into development of lifecycle management programs to optimize future market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA outcomes. /li /ul pb2. Develop Global Value Communication and HTA Support Materials /b /p ul liLead the development and continuous enhancement of global value communication materials, including: /li liPayer Value Proposition and Story /li liObjection Handlers /li liDisease Area Reviews /li liDrive the preparation of evidence packages supporting HTA assessments, reimbursement negotiations, and value communication. /li liCoordinate health economic models, budget impact analyses, and comparative effectiveness assessments. /li liSupport local affiliates in adapting global tools to country-specific requirements. /li liEstablish best-practice standards and methodologies for market access excellence across the organization. /li /ul pb3. Act as a Strategic Health Policy Partner /b /p ul liServe as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on global market access, pricing, HTA, and health policy. /li liProvide thought leadership on evolving payer trends, HTA developments, healthcare reforms, and rare disease policy initiatives. /li liInfluence cross-functional decision-making by integrating payer, policy, and access perspectives into strategic discussions. /li liBuild strong partnerships across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, RD, HEOR, and external stakeholders to optimize patient access and asset value.
/li liIdentify and assess emerging policy, reimbursement, and access trends that may impact portfolio strategy and future growth opportunities. /li /ul h3bWho you are /b /h3 pbWork Experience /b /p ul li10+ years of experience in HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economic modelling, HTA, or related evidence-generation roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialized consulting sectors. /li liDemonstrated experience developing global pricing, reimbursement, market access, and value strategies for specialty and/or rare disease assets. /li liExperience across multiple stages of the product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, lifecycle management, and loss-of-exclusivity planning. /li liStrong understanding of global payer systems and healthcare policy, including US market access and HTA-driven reimbursement environments in Europe and other major markets. /li liProven experience in evidence generation, health economics, outcomes research and HTA submissions. /li liExperience assessing the impact of health policy, HTA, and reimbursement reforms on asset strategy and market access outcomes. /li liProven ability to influence cross-functional decision-making and lead collaboration across Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, RD, and other global functions. /li liExperience in rare diseases, orphan drugs, or specialty care is strongly preferred. /li liExperience engaging with external stakeholders, including HTA agencies, payers and policymakers. /li /ul pbWhy Join Alfasigma: /b /p pbAt Alfasigma, we foster a culture where the courage to innovate is key to our success. /bbr/We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and extensive opportunities for professional growth and development. /p pOur commitment to people and patients is at the heart of everything we do.
