Thanks to our highly motivated team and a down-to-earth and living atmosphere, the MEININGER Hotels feel like a real home.brstrongYOUR TASKSbr/strongulliYou oversea service preparation while working along with the team with a clear focus on servicing our guests /liliYou are responsible for ensuring a smooth work atmosphere as well as the organization of service shifts /liliYou lead the service team in close relation with your Assistant Hotel Manager /liliYou are responsible for observing and maintaining MEININGER quality standards in the public area of the hotel as well as in the bar and kitchen /liliYou monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables and check deliveries /liliYou are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guestsbr/li /ulstrongYOUR PROFILEbr/strongulliYou have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry /liliYou like to lead a team, set a good example and show a sense of service /liliYou work efficiently and in a well-structured way /liliYou have a high service orientation and excellent communication skills /liliYou are fluent in Italian and English (B2),
