The Italian team is small, collaborative and growing, and it handles sales and service across the Italian market.The roleAs Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical-commercial link between customers, the Italian team and the group’s factories in Germany and France. You’ll focus on developing the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and System Integrator market: Italian companies delivering projects in Italy and abroad.This role covers the full lifecycle of a project. It doesn’t end when the order is signed. That’s where much of the work begins. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director of the Italian affiliate.What you’ll doPresales & business developmentSupport customers in the presales phase with technical documentation, certifications, declarations and calculationsTranslate customer requirements into customised technical solutions together with engineeringDefine and execute the commercial strategy for the EPC and System Integrator marketAnalyse the competitive landscape and identify new opportunitiesOwn your sales KPIs: order intake, revenue,



margin and new customer acquisitionProject & lifecycle managementManage and grow the existing EPC and System Integrator portfolioCoordinate projects in English with headquarters, the manufacturing sites and external suppliersFollow medium and large projects through delivery, installation and commissioningProvide ongoing aftersales support, including service contracts, spare parts and technical questions from the field, sometimes years after installationNetworking & teamworkRepresent the company at trade fairs in Italy and abroadJoin alignment and training sessions at headquarters, other affiliates and suppliersContribute to problem solving and process improvement within the teamWhat you bringA diploma or bachelor’s/master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (e.G. electrical engineering)At least 3 years of experience in a technical-commercial role in power electronics, industrial automation, energy conversion or electrical systemsExperience with complex B2B sales and project/order flowsFluent Italian and strong professional English, which you’ll use daily with headquarters. Part of the interview process will be in English. xysqume German is a plus but not requiredWillingness to travel in Italy and abroadA customer-focused, analytical, problem-solving mindsetEagerness to learn.
