Drive channel development and sales growth for the Heavy Forklift product line in the Italian market — primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing dealer/distributor partners to build a strong sales channel network and achieve revenue/market-share targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term dealer relationships aligned with SANY's sales strategy and brand standardsFormulate and execute market development strategies, sales plans, and territory targetsDrive dealer performance via business reviews, target setting, and incentive programsFeed local market intelligence into product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategyEquip dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materialsRepresent SANY at trade shows/exhibitionsLiaise with HQ sales, marketing,
