La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days on / 2 days off.Brunel are looking to recruit a Freelance Contracts Advisor with relevant experience gained in the Oil & Gas sector. This 12-month contract position, to start beginning December 2026, is to work for a major Oil & Gas Operator and you will be based in Milan, Italy.You will support the full contract lifecycle, from strategy development and contractor selection through tendering, negotiation, contract administration, and project close-out. Responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring effective contract execution, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and contractor performance throughout the project.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute project contracting and tender strategiesPrepare Contracting Plans and Invitation to Tender (ITT) packagesManage tender processes, bidder communications, and proposal evaluationsLead or support commercial and contractual negotiationsDraft, review,



and finalise contract documentation and approvalsProvide commercial analysis and support contract award recommendationsLead contract kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholder alignmentManage contract administration, change control, and subcontracting activitiesMonitor contractor performance, compliance, invoicing, and payment processesSupport contract close-out, lessons learned, and settlement of outstanding obligationsREQUIREMENTSBS in Engineering preferredExperience in Contracts Engineering / Administration preferred xysqume Previous experience in a closely related position requiredExperience in commercial negotiations, contractor management and contract administrationBroad understanding of project execution and contracting principles, theories, and conceptsWilling to business travel or relocate to project sites (domestic / overseas)Owner/Operator experience in project management roles preferredProfessional qualification / certification from related professional body, (ISM – CPM / CPSM, APICS, PMP)#J-18808-Ljbffr
