About the Role
Support the transition of precision metal component designs from prototype development to scalable manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate DFM, process selection and manufacturing feasibility.
- Review mechanical drawings, tolerances and tooling requirements.
- Support prototype validation and production ramp-up.
- Identify technical risks and manufacturing improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrialization, NPI or manufacturing engineering.
- Familiarity with precision metal manufacturing, CNC, MIM and production validation is preferred.
