Overview
In this role you drive growth for Inrecruiting in the UK, acting as the local commercial link between the UK team and Italian HQ.
You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to demo, negotiation and closure—while ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sale support.
You'll explore partnerships in the HR tech ecosystem and feed market feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position with the support of a major European tech group.

Responsabilità
Identify and engage new UK business opportunities (SMBs, mid-market, recruitment agencies)
Own the full sales cycle: lead gen, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing
Conduct pre-sales demos and tailor solutions to client needs
Coordinate post-sales onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction with support teams




Develop partnerships with resellers/HR tech partners
Gather market feedback to inform product improvements and GTM strategies
Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts and activity reports
Requisiti fondamentali
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally HR Tech/ATS/recruiting software
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, customer success
Hands-on, able to work independently and manage multiple roles (pre-sales, sales, account management)
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial attitude
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of the UK HR/recruitment market is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
