This role will be responsible for leading all Mechanical works on site, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage all Mechanical activities across the project lifecycle /li liOversee and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site operations with the wider project team /li liEnsure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained in line with project specifications and standards /li liCoordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams /li liManage mechanical subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, manpower planning, and coordination meetings /li liEnsure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date /li liChair and attend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover Meetings /li liLiaise with the design team to ensure construction information and technical submissions are aligned with programme requirements /li liReview drawings, technical submittals,



and ensure effective coordination of mechanical systems /li liDrive health safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across mechanical activities /li liSupport commercial management through tracking variations, cost control, and attendance at weekly commercial meetings /li liPrepare and issue progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders /li liOversee mechanical snagging activities and ensure timely close-out /li liProactively identify, manage, and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues /li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, or similar discipline /li liMinimum 7+ years experience within the mechanical construction sector, with a strong leadership background /li liProven experience managing mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, and associated services) on large-scale construction projects /li liStrong knowledge of mechanical coordination, sequencing, and programme delivery /li liExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills /li liStrong technical understanding of mechanical systems, installation methodologies, and commissioning processes /li liProven ability to lead subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully /li liData centre, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is advantageous /li /ul ul liOpportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry /li liWorking on large scale data centre projects /li liCollaborative team working environments /li liCareer progression and development supported /liliCompetitive salary packages /li /ul pbWinthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
