Overview
In this role you drive Elastic Security adoption among Enterprise and Strategic accounts in Italy, partnering with Account Executives and regional teams to grow the SIEM, security analytics, endpoint, and cloud security footprint.
You lead and mentor security-focused initiatives, manage opportunities end-to-end, and help forecast regional revenue.
You collaborate across sales, solutions architects, and marketing to build a strong security pipeline and customer success.
This is a chance to shape Elastic's security footprint for large, strategic customers.

Responsabilità
Prospect new accounts and raise awareness of Elastic Security solutions, guiding AEs according to account strategy
Build and nurture relationships with security leaders across region and accounts
Mentor and coach Account Executives to position Elastic Security and drive expansion
Manage opportunities through to closure per account strategy
Own regional security revenue forecasting and reporting
Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs with regional teams
Lead and oversee security proof-of-concept/value engagements
Collaborate with Elastic Security Specialist SEs on account planning and lead generation projects
Provide customer presentations and roadmaps; deliver Elastic Security demos with Solutions Architects
Track cybersecurity opportunities with regional leadership and report updates
Partner with regional marketing to generate pipeline via webinars/workshops
Maintain awareness of latest Elastic Security offerings with product/engineering teams to ensure customer success
Support cross-functional collaboration to align on strategy and customer outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
In-depth understanding of selling security-focused solutions (SIEM)
Proven SaaS subscription sales track record with quota overachievement and strong references
Ability to build credibility with developers and executives
Accurate sales forecasting using SFDC
Positive view of Open Source model and appreciation for related community
Experience selling into Enterprise accounts within the territory
Relationship-building with both technical and executive stakeholders
Credibility with developers and executives
Collaboration and mentoring of peers
Security (SIEM) solutions
