Overview
In this role, you will shape long-term commodity strategies and integrate them with product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing to support energy technology initiatives.
You will drive supplier selection and development, lead negotiations, and secure favorable terms to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.
You will work with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business strategy and deliver continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
Contribute to develop and execute long-term strategies for the assigned commodity and monitor procurement KPIs
Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives
Drive supplier selection, development, and supplier management with cross-functional support




Lead negotiations and develop strategies to achieve cost and performance goals for single PO and strategic partnerships
Negotiate and issue purchase orders to balance cost, quality, and schedule
Develop procurement initiatives for cost reduction programs, deflation, cycle time reduction, rebates and favorable payment terms
Leverage S&OP; data to optimize supplier capacity against business goals
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with procurement or commodity management experience
Entry-level procurement experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Willingness to travel
