Overview
As an Account Manager in Milan, you will steer integrated creative projects for world-class brands within a cross-functional client direction team.
You'll coordinate print, video, social, and digital work, aligning deliverables, timelines, and market requirements while building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, efficient production management, and cross-market collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with partners and production specialists to ensure cohesive campaigns that resonate across channels.
Responsabilità
Organise and manage multiple parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital touchpoints from start to finish
Steer cross-functional production teams (creative, legal, production, language & culture experts) to align on deliverables and timelines
Liaise with media agencies and external partners to ensure assets align across channels
Manage project resources by sourcing client assets and maintaining clear production documentation




Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and resolve potential risks early with a proactive problem-solving approach
Requisiti fondamentali
4+ years of experience managing or coordinating integrated projects in an advertising agency or fast-growing environment
Professional fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Clear, direct, empathetic communication across cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and project accuracy
Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency to address issues
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
