As Head of Production Engineering at the Taranto wind turbine blades factory, you lead the technical authority for engineering support, project execution, and manufacturing improvements. Responsabilità

- Act as the factory's primary technical authority for engineering-related support, decisions, and project execution
- Collaborate with Global Product and Process Engineering teams to implement product, process, and manufacturing improvements
- Oversee introduction and industrialization of new products, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate factory layout optimization, capacity planning, simulations, and equipment performance improvements




- Own and maintain manufacturing standards (SOPs, BOM accuracy, process validation, governance)
- Establish and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Manage CAPEX-related assets including investment planning, technical approvals, and acceptance/sign-off after installation
- Develop technical capability within the factory through coaching, training compliance, and succession planning

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience with product and process verification and validation
- Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt)
- Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC; certification
- Project management certification or demonstrable engineering project delivery experience
- Auditor knowledge or auditing experience
- Demonstrated leadership and change management
- Stakeholder management and collaboration
- Communication and relationship-building
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC
- CAPEX management and asset sign-off processes
