Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and definition of corrective actions. Planning & Scheduling: definition of milestones, activity planning, and monitoring of order progress. Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems. Supplier and Procurement Management: coordination of suppliers, preparation of technical purchasing specifications, evaluation of offers, and verification of supplies. Technical Alignment: verification of the conformity of proposed solutions to technical, economic, and contractual requirements. Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational criticalities. Stakeholder Management: interfacing with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
