Responsabilità
Consolidate regional VM investment needs at HQ, manage worldwide budget planning and monitoring, and track allocations, forecasts, and actuals to align with global priorities.
Develop costed investment analyses for window displays and visual tools, providing detailed breakdowns at project and annual budget levels.
Prepare management reports and slide decks on budget performance, investments, and project updates for the VM division.
Support the VM Director in cross-functional project development and coordination; participate in marketing meetings; ensure follow-up and alignment on priorities and timelines.
Coordinate VM team activities; serve as main contact for other departments to enable effective project execution; monitor adherence to contractual terms and project requirements in collaboration with Procurement.
Requisiti fondamentali
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management or similar analytical roles.
Experience in budgeting, data analysis, performance monitoring, and project coordination.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders across functions.
Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in fast-paced, international environments.
Fluent in English.
