You will lead end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition to payroll, ensuring luxury standards and guest service excellence. You'll translate business priorities into people strategies and scalable processes to support the brand's growth. and personnel administrationTranslate business priorities into effective people solutions and ensure alignment with brand identity and luxury positioningMaintain compliance with LQA/Forbes and drive continuous improvement in HR processesCo-lead crew planning and workforce scheduling with Finance, monitor employment costs and budgetsManage department budget, monitor KPIs (absenteeism, shift coverage, rest periods, regulatory compliance) and ensure service continuityOversee industrial and union relations, manage disputes and grievance proceduresPromote employee well-being, onboarding excellence, and positive team dynamicsDeploy initiatives to reflect Orient Express values and elevate candidate and employee experienceSupport managers in developing collaboration and service cultureDevelop scalable workforce planning tools to support expansion and regulatory changes xysqume Collaborate with Operations to maintain agility during peak periodsRequisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 5 years in a senior HR roleKnowledge of railway sector is mandatoryDeep knowledge of industrial and union relationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Italian and EnglishHands-on and strategicProficiency with HR systems and MS Officeinterpersonal excellencestrong communicationcross-functional collaborationHR systemsMS Officepayroll and compensation management
