Combining our experience in media with dedication to digital, we've developed software solutions that help any content-driven business meet the demands of the future of information. /p pWith headquarters in Bloomington, MN, and regional offices throughout the world, Naviga is a trusted partner serving over 3,200 news media, broadcast, magazine, financial services, and corporate clients in 45 countries. /p h3Location: Italy - Remote /h3 h3Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 EUR per year /h3 h3Position Overview /h3 pThe primary responsibilities of the Junior Cloud Engineer will be supporting our Miles 33 s.r.l. customers based in Italy, including installing software, troubleshooting operating system issues, troubleshooting server and network issues as needed.



/p h3Duties/Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and Perform tasks in Amazon Cloud, server maintenance, server setup and configurations, other Amazon technologies as required. /li liPerform and support client installs for Naviga's and specific third party software applications. /li liInitiate and maintain technical documentation used for staging and supporting client systems. /li liCreate user documentation and training materials related to Linux system administration, Amazon Tools, other 3 rd party software and tools as needed. /li liIdentify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to meet client needs. /li liEvaluate existing client systems and recommend future improvements. /li liCreate and maintain Virtual application and database servers in the Naviga's cloud /li liDeploy hot fixes to customer systems on premises and in the Cloud /li liSupport the efforts of Application Support, Development and QA /li /ul pProvide necessary assistance, guidance, and training to other Naviga's employees /p h3Education, Experience, And Requirements- /h3 ul liWork with minimal supervision and guidance /li liWork required hours, meet company standards for core hours availability,
