What your new challenge will look like
You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:

- Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing dailyexception handlingforup to 3 plants
- Represent quality gate of correctprioritization,appropriatecommunicationand application of standards inexception handling
- Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
- 1stlevel of escalation for customer matters
- Process documentation, weekly status calls,comments on exceptions preparation, reporting, building a strong connection to customer &stakeholders;, knowledge share within the team & outside,
support of side projects,possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
- Close collaborationwith your supervisor

- You have strong communication xysqume skills in English and Italian
