OverviewIn this role you accelerate clinical trial start-up by negotiating site agreements and ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations.
You partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet contracts and timelines.

ResponsabilitàNegotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites to ensure timely, compliant, and quality agreements
Manage contract changes and additional agreements balancing business needs with regulatory requirements
Support contract planning and start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs
Develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents
Prepare and negotiate contract terms,



payment schedules, and budget templates
Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional start-up teams to achieve project goals
Provide contract-related guidance on operational and financial matters to study teams
Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making
Monitor contract activities to meet timelines, milestones, and financial goals
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or similar role
Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management
