H-FARM Summer Academy empowers kids and teens to explore technology, develop new skills, and strengthen their English through an immersive experience on one of Europe’s most innovative campuses.We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment, collaborating with a highly motivated team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide e-mail and phone support to families throughout the customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-enrollment assistance.Manage and collect leads and contacts using platforms such as Zoho CRM and Shopify.Oversee administrative and back-office processes related to enrollments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness of required documentation.Verify registration documents and monitor payment status, following up with families when necessary.Promote H-FARM Summer Academy programs through campus tours, Open Days,
