Job Overview We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our Marketing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating strategic marketing partnerships and special projects, while supporting the end-to-end marketing budgeting process and overseeing related contractual, invoicing, and payment activities.
The role combines partnership and project coordination, marketing budget management, and executive reporting, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, coordinate cross-functional activities, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Special Projects Coordination Manage and coordinate strategic marketing partnerships and special projects within the Italian market, supporting international initiatives when required and ensuring alignment with global stakeholders.
Act as the key operational point of contact for assigned partnerships and projects, facilitating collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and relevant departments.
Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and proactively propose solutions to ensure effective execution.
Marketing Budget Management & Financial Process Coordination Coordinate the end-to-end marketing budgeting process in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, collecting and consolidating inputs from all marketing areas.
Support the preparation and finalization of budget proposals, including documentation for Top Management review and approval.
Conduct periodic budget monitoring meetings with relevant departments, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions to ensure cost control and resource optimization.
Contracts,
Invoicing & Payment Process Coordination Coordinate invoicing and payment processes in collaboration with the designated marketing resource and relevant departments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Monitor contractual and financial documentation related to marketing activities and partnership agreements, maintaining accurate and structured tracking of expenditures.
Executive Reporting & Management Support Prepare periodic reports, budget summaries, and presentations for the Marketing Manager and Top Management.
Consolidate key information on marketing expenditures, partnership activities, and project progress to support management reviews and decision-making.
Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within structured organizations and multinational companies, with exposure to partnership management, project coordination, and budgeting activities.
Industry Background: Good understanding of marketing dynamics, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional business processes. Previous experience in the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
Budgeting & Financial Skills: Solid knowledge of marketing budget planning, monitoring, and cost control processes, with familiarity with contractual documentation, invoicing, and payment procedures.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in coordinating marketing projects and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams and partners.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare structured reports,
budget analyses, and management presentations.
Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different departments and international environments.
Proactivity & Adaptability: Proactive attitude, strong sense of accountability, flexibility, and ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities.
Language Skills: Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with internal teams, international stakeholders, and external partners. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
