We are an international hospitality group with a portfolio of hotels and serviced apartments in Europe that keeps growing. We are hiring a Hotel General Manager to take full ownership of one of our properties. You will be responsible for the P&L, the guest experience and the team, and you will report to the Head of Operations.What you’ll doTake full responsibility for the hotel’s operations and financial results (P&L, budget, forecast)Work with the Revenue team to drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and ancillary revenueLead, hire and develop the team across all departments, and build a strong service cultureKeep the hotel’s service standards high and improve them; monitor guest reviews and satisfactionOversee maintenance, suppliers and contractors, and keep costs under controlMake sure the hotel complies with health and safety,
