Manage the end-to-end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders
Ensure compliance with Italian employment law and applicable CCNL requirements, covering contracts, leave, working hours, employee relations, disciplinary matters, TFR and exits
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, attendance, HRMS, performance management and employee lifecycle processes with local partners and the UAE HR team
Manage INPS, INAIL and statutory HR requirements, employee data, GDPR compliance and HR reporting, ensuring accurate and confidential records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
5-7 years of practical HR experience in Italy
Sound knowledge of Italian employment practices, CCNL and HR administration
Fluency in English and Italian
