Randstad Italia, Inhouse division (Maranello branch), is selecting on behalf of a prestigious client company a candidate for the role of:
Trackside Event Setup & Operations Technician (m/f/nb)

Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in job site logistics, material handling, event setup, or complex technical/mechanical environments is preferred.
- High mobility required (Italy/Abroad), flexible working hours, and willingness to work weekends during travel assignments.
- Language skills: Fluency in Italian and operational knowledge of English (at least B1 level) to effectively handle on-site activities in international settings.
- Strong team-working attitude, resilience in fast-paced work environments, and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Valid forklift license

- Contract Type: Temporary agency contract / Staff Leasing.
- Compensation Package: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €26,000 – €28,000 + Production Premio + Travel Allowance.

What You Will Do
Integrated into the on-site operations team, you will be responsible for the physical assembly of structures and the handling of materials before, during, and after events:
- Assembly and Setup: Manual assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of temporary structures at event venues.
- Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and positioning technical equipment, crates/casing, and materials both in the warehouse and at race locations. xbvzest
- On-Site Inspection: Practical checks on the stability and safety of assembled structures, as well as checking incoming and outgoing materials.
