What you will enjoy doing:
- Tailored solutions: You will work with clients to understand their needs and challenges; you will need to identify what they need and propose innovative, customised solutions that perfectly meet their requirements.
- Full sales cycle management: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from first contact and opportunity identification to closing contracts, ensuring that sales targets are met.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience: 2-3 years of experience as Inside Sales, BDR, SDR or Sales Manager.
- Sales skills: Strong commercial orientation, with experience in managing the entire sales cycle, both by phone and in person, starting from lead generation.
- L1 Spanish speaker with fluent spoken and written English/Italian language skills.
- You are not afraid of making 50 to 70 cold calls a day. You are not afraid of hearing a “no”; on the contrary, “no”s motivate you and you turn a negative answer into commercial energy. You are eager to challenge yourself, make cold calls and attract new potential clients.

- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships of trust with clients.
