About the Role
Support the transition of precision metal component designs from prototype development to scalable manufacturing. Responsibilities
• Evaluate DFM, process selection and manufacturing feasibility.
• Review mechanical drawings, tolerances and tooling requirements.
• Support prototype validation and production ramp-up.
• Identify technical risks and manufacturing improvement opportunities. Qualifications
• Experience in industrialization, NPI or manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with precision metal manufacturing, CNC, MIM and production validation is preferred. Required Skills
