- to join our dynamic team in Tognana, Italy /p h3Role Description /h3 pThe Quality Analyst is part of the Tognana TM Quality team and participates to the key activities of the team related to the daily-weekly-monthly-on demand and other periodical reporting, monitoring, planning and analysis of Quality data /performances aimed to lead actions to the continuous improvement / prevention of repetitive issues. /p h3What You Will Be Doing
- /h3 ul liSupport the Quality Team and, on demand, other company functions on: ul liDaily-weekly-Monthly and other periodical Quality performance review and forecasting of identified KPIs parameters and cost categories /li liPreparation, improvement and development of management reporting in accordance with Vertiv standards, Top Management Quality input /li liProvide ad-hoc analysis in reference to key decision-making process /li /ul /li liEnsure data integrity in ERP and BI systems (Oracle, Power BI, NCs Management, 8D Reports,
other) through enquire, investigation and analysis /li liSupport in developing Tognana management KPIs through Power BI reporting /li liManage and issue documentation as output of analysis done and actions plan implemented /li /ul h3What Will Make You Successful
- /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Economics /li li1-3 years’ work experience in a Quality capacity with experience in analysis, reporting, proposing of action plan /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office automation tools /li liExperience with software and other Reporting Tools as Oracle BI is preferable /li liOracle ERP knowledge is a plus /li liFluent in English /li liAnalytical and problem-solving attitude /li liAccuracy, detail orientation /li liGood communication skills, team working approach and effective at working remotely. /li liGlobal and cultural awareness /li liFlexibility, adaptability and high energy /li /ul pThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities. /p h3OUR CORE PRINCIPALS /h3 pSafety. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
