On behalf of an esteemed customer, Premium brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Milan

STORE MANAGER / HIGH PREMIUM BRAND / MILAN RINASCENTE

Responsibilities:

- Team Management ( Approx 6 SA)
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Build a strong customer experience
- Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
- Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
- Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

- Fluent spoken English and Italian
- At least 5 years in managerial role for PREMIUM or LUXURY Brands
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
