pIn this role, you will coordinate project orders, export and shipping activities, documentation, payments and customer-related processes across international markets. /p /brpYou will work closely to customers and internal teams to ensure projects are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with contractual and international trade requirements. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliProcessing and administration of project orders (from order receipt through final delivery) /li /brliProject registration in accordance with specified company guidelines /li /brliCustomer support across various markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and America) /li /brliCreating order confirmations, advance payment
- and shipment invoices etc. /li /brliCoordination with supply chain /li /brliProject monitoring using IFS /li /brliAdminister letters of credit, bank guarantees, CADs. /li /brliCoordinate clarifications with banks and internal stakeholders /li /brliCoordinate major project shipments in accordance with contract, letter of credit, Incoterms etc. /li /brliPrepare and review export documentation /li /brliEnsure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies /li /brliMonitoring of incoming payments /li /brliIndependent processing of customer complaints, returns, credit-note administration /li /brliHandling and implementation of complex contracts /li /brliArchiving and administration of project documents in IFS /li /brliCommunication with customers, suppliers,
banks /li /brliOther duties and special projects as assigned by superior /li /br /ul /brh3Job Requirements /h3 /brh3Education /h3 /brul /brliCommercial or business-related education, or equivalent professional experience, preferred /li /brliFurther education as export specialist is an advantage /li /br /ul /brh3Experience /h3 /brul /brli5 or more years working experience in Export-/Sales Administration (export operations, logistics or international trade / working with customs procedures) /li /br /ul /brh3Required Knowledge /h3 /brul /brliProcessing and administration of project orders (from order receipt through final delivery) /li /brliProject registration in accordance with specified company guidelines /li /brliCustomer support across various markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and America) /li /brliCreating order confirmations, advance payment
