About This Team The Community team at lululemonis responsible forcreating,developingand executingregionalmarketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders,building brand awareness,brandfamiliarityandbrandloveacross ourkey markets. The Community Marketing Lead is a people andwellbeingindustry leaderwhomcollaborates with key stakeholders and partners to create and implement localised marketingstrategythat supports overall brand marketing tactics toacquirenew guests.
Core Responsibilities Deliver quarterly elevated community programming and experiencesthrough local run,trainand yoga partners across key cities in Italy and Spainat keybrandcampaignand/orcultural moments on the calendar. Act as the marketing relationship holder for the most premium and relevant gyms, studios, run clubs and shopping centres to designand managebespoke partnerships to grow awareness, seed our core products, andacquirenew guests. Project manage the360-marketingstrategyfor New Store Openingsand New Market Entry, deliveringthe strategy and executing in close collaborationwith cross-functional partners to drive the retail business. Directly coach the store teams,facilitatingquarterly strategy meetings and campaign enrolment sessionsto build long-term brand equity andsupportdelivering onbrand marketingobjectivesin Spain & Italy Overseeand supporttheLocalAmbassador pipeline andprogramapproval process. Act as the local lululemon representative,identifying,buildingandmaintaininglasting relationships with local key opinion leaders,Ambassadors,gyms,studios, athletes and more. Act as the regional source of truth for strategic insights on the Spain & Italy market Manage strategic materials,budgetsand reporting tools Qualifications 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketingand events(Sportsmarketingexperience preferred)
You have a passion for movement and view wellbeing as a way of life. An existing network within thewellbeingandfitness community is preferred. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The hiring range for this position varies by market: Spain: €41,980 – €55,100 annually Italy: €41,820 – €54,890 annually The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual premio program, subject to program eligibility requirements. workplace arrangement This role is classified as Remote – Field Based under our SSC Workplace Policy (see SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview): Remote – Field Based Field/Community-based work is necessary or important within a designated area, with relevant travel required.
