pWe are looking for a highly motivated and qualified bTender Clerk /b with a strong attention to detail and an organised and methodical approach. /p pThe ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of public and private procurement regulations and procedures and extensive experience in the preparation and management of tender documentation required for participation. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Tender Management /h3 ul liResearch and identify calls for tenders according to specific guidelines; /li liAnalysis of tender notices, preparation and management of administrative, technical and economic documentation required for participation; /li liOrganise and carry out inspections necessary for tender participation; /li liRequesting and analysing quotations in order to define the tender budget. /li /ul h3Monitoring Deadlines /h3 ul liMonitoring of submitted offers; /li liManaging the calendar of deadlines and fulfilments of tender procedures; /li liConstant monitoring and updating of accredited supplier databases/portals. /li /ul h3Verification and Documentary Control /h3 ul liChecking the conformity of tender documentation with regulatory and tender requirements. /li /ul h3Negotiation and Contractual Support /h3 ul liAssistance in contract negotiations with contractors; /li liPreparation of contractual documents required following tender award.



/li /ul h3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul libEducation: /b diploma or degree in engineering, economics, law or related disciplines; /li libExperience: /b at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the building or construction sector; /li libTechnical knowledge: /b excellent knowledge of the Procurement Code; familiarity with the main Microsoft Office software, Adobe, Price and Rate Schedules, Primus; /li libSkills: /b excellent organisational and problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team and to manage complex competitions; /li libLanguages: /b good knowledge of English, written and spoken. /li /ul h3WHAT
