In this role, you will assist international clients via chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier service and issue resolution. /ph3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3ulliHandle customer inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat in your assigned language and English. /liliProvide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products. /liliMaintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. /liliCollaborate with team members and internal departments to collaborate with complex cases.



/li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliFluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, OR Portuguese. /liliProfessional working proficiency B2 in English. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliBasic computer literacy and ability to adapt to new software tools. /liliPrevious experience in customer support or call centre operations is a plus, but not required. /liliEligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit). /li /ulh3What
