Are you a natural problem-solver who loves tech? Do you speak French, Italian, German, or Dutch? We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to support a world-leading Search Engine project.
What You Will Do Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.
Work Schedule & Flexibility Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week

Compensation & Perks We value your hard work and offer a structured, rewarding compensation package:
Base Salary 1,100€ 14 times per year
Performance Premio 135€ 14 times per year
Attendance Bonus 120€ 11 times per year
What We Are Looking For Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience.
Comfortable with change, open to continuous feedback, and eager to learn.
