Sobha Furniture in Italy seeks an experienced HR leader to manage the end‐to‐end HR function for the Italy Design Studio and Retail operations, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and business leaders.
You will ensure compliance with Italian employment law and CCNL requirements, oversee contracts, leave, working hours, disciplinary matters, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and GDPR, and coordinate HR processes with local partners and the UAE HR team.
