We're looking for a
Customer Service Officer
to support key customers across the Adriatic region.
You'll combine customer relationship management, account analysis, and problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you'll do
Manage customer inquiries, account issues, and service requests
Perform account analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Lead reconciliations, audits, reporting, and payment-related activities
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Support customer onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives




Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
Fluent Serbian, Italian and English
