OverviewAs Product Manager, Loans, you will lead Qonto's first SMB lending initiative from idea to launch.
You'll own the roadmap and key results for the Loans squad, shaping underwriting and decisioning in collaboration with Risk.
You will explore AI-enabled credit guidance within a regulated framework and partner with Compliance, Growth, and Product Marketing to ship launches responsibly.
This role offers an opportunity to influence how thousands of European businesses access credit at scale and to define the AI scope in credit.
You join during a pivotal moment as lending becomes a top company priority, with ownership over your strategy and measurable impact.
ResponsabilitàOwn the Loans squad roadmap and KR from concept to launch
Conduct continuous discovery and experiments to understand SMB credit needs
Define underwriting and decisioning criteria in partnership with Risk




Explore AI-driven credit guidance within regulatory limits
Coordinate with Credit Platform, Risk, Compliance, Growth, and Product Marketing to deploy launches
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience taking products from idea to market (zero-to-one) in finance or regulated spaces
Interest or experience in lending, underwriting, and repayment processes
Proficiency with AI concepts and applying AI to credit decisions
Autonomy to drive launches through risk/compliance approvals
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Strong cross-functional collaboration
Curiosity and willingness to learn about lending
Decision-making under regulatory constraints
AI in credit decisions
Lending / underwriting knowledge
Risk and compliance-aware product development
