Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Knows all the products made and the relative critical issues through the conduct of appropriate laboratory test (MFI tests, use of traction machines, dimensional controls of parts, validation with PPAP report) Identifies, formalizes and manages internal and third-parties complaints, taking action to resolve and reporting on the situation Knows all products and criticalities and reacts to anomalies in moulding, extrusion and broom making processes Performs internal audits Prepares quality control procedures for internal and external production,



converting SDDC control cards into control procedures and proposing appropriate control parameters Additional Responsibilities Contributes to compliance and implementation of the 16 Global Quality Areas, further developing the internal program Automates and improves the company's quality management system, develops and implements the company's SharePoint Inserts data related to controls and quality issues and deals with analysing and preparing reports Defines the functions of the Manufacturing Execution System for the Quality sector Establishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolution Organisation Directly Reports to: QA Manager or Regional Quality Manager No direct reports Interactions (Internal
