You will collaborate with People and Culture and Administration to ensure consistent assumptions and high-quality inputs for the company.
Responsibilities include monitoring HR costs, headcount, and benefits, aligning HR cost data across entities, and building dashboards to aid leadership decisions.
Strong Excel skills and English at B2+ are required.
