Hosco.com is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to join our team in Tuscany, Italy, to support the Guest Relations department in delivering personalized experiences for our guests during their stay, aligned with Minor Hotels' hospitality standards.
You will respond to guests, anticipate needs, assist VIP arrivals, coordinate communications between guests and hotel departments, and help promote services and local experiences.
English proficiency is required.
